Q. Why is my webpage not updating?
a. You may need to update your internet browser cache. To do this in Internet Explorer you can try clicking the refresh button next to the address bar while holding down the CTRL key. Close Internet Explorer and re-open.
Q. Why can't I download one of your documents?
a. Most of the documents on our website are PDF's. You will need to make sure you have a PDF reader like Adobe Reader v10.1.2 - click here to install on your machine. We recommend you do not install the Google Toolbar so don't forget to untick the box before clicking on the download button.
