New Zealand Certificate in Swim Teaching (NZCST)

New Zealand Certificate in Swim Teaching (NZCST)

The New Zealand Certificate in Swim Teaching (NZCST) is recommended by Swimming New Zealand as the qualification for all professional teachers of swimming in New Zealand.  The NZCST by itself will not improve your teaching ability.  This you must do yourself through additional study, reading, practice and experience.  The qualification will have served its purpose if it contributes to your improvement as a swimming teacher.  Awards in the New Zealand Certificate in Swim Teaching cover Early Childhood, School Age, Adults and Teaching Swimmers with a Disability.
