Travel Overseas Authorisation Form

For swimmers and teams who want to train and compete overseas

Process
Send the travel authorisation to your Regional Association for approval
Regional Association will then send this to SNZ – Lisa Conroy - Executive Assistant Sport deals with these
SNZ will approve and send a copy to National Federation of the country you are planning to travel to and back to the Regional Association
The Regional Association should then send you a copy back to take with you on the trip
