2008 Oceania Open Water Championships
Swimming Australian Ltd (SAL) has decided to restrict entries for the 10km event at the 2008 Australian OWS Championships to Swimming Australia members eligible to represent Australia at the 2008 Olympic Games. Consequently Swimming New Zealand has made the following amendments to the 2008 OW selection criteria:
2008 Oceania Championships
3 February 2008 Lake Rotoma, Rotorua
Selection meet – none.
The three male and three female swimmers eligible to represent NZ who indicated their intent to compete in the NZ OW Trials as part of the 10km event at the 2008 Australian OWS Championships before the SNZ deadline of 22 October will be selected to represent NZL at the 2008 Oceania Championships.
