Well known for its invigorating temperatures and beautiful bays, Lyttelton Harbour has a quaint small-town-New Zealand feel about it, yet is home to an international port and is a hop, step and a jump from one of the country’s most picturesque major cities, Christchurch. The venue of the 2002 World Masters' Open-Water Swimming Championships, Corsair Bay provides superb scenery and sheltered waters.
