To Trevor, Melana, Lisa, Gary, Carl, Libby, Kent and Ian,
Without you guys, tours like this don't run smoothly, whether it's hands-on or in the background. Thank you for taking care of, listening to, feeding, clothing, coaching, motivating, interviewing, organising, reprimanding, inspiring and praising our athletes.
Melana, you are a saint!! Thank you for looking after our Jeffrey- again.
