2010 Open Water World Champs

New Zealander Cara Baker is competing in the 2010 FINA World Open Water Championships in Quebec, Canada. Under the guidance of open water programme manager Philip Rush, Cara will compete in the 5km and 10km open water events.
This will be a good lead into the 2010 Pan Pacs in Los Angeles (in August) where Cara will compete in the 10km open water event.
Cara will swim the 10km on Sunday 18 July and the 5km on Tuesday 22 July. So send her a message of support!

Good luck for your 2 swims. I know how hard it will be. I had a go at Taupo 5km swim this year let alone 10 km.
