Alex, brilliant stuff again in the I.M-that fly lap must have been pretty close to your pb. Enjoy your break, Canterbury's won't be much fun without you. Looking forward to you coming back, I'm not expecting any big gifts- just an IPhone or a PS3 will do nicely haha

Its the final countdown Alannah.
You're going to be amazing in this 800. Under 9 minutes sounds like a good plan, yes? Go hard, you deserve it. And Sam for your 1500, as long as you count your laps and don't stop early, you will be amazing too. It was our second day of camp today, can't actually move right now. You're lucky I made it up the stairs to write this!
Not sure whether you'll get this message in time but hurry up and come home!

Hey Alex,
You have done such an amazing job at AYOF! We are all very proud of you back at Aquagym! Keep up the fantastic racing! Julian remarked at training yesterday that you are now faster than almost all the boys at 200fr haha, good effort! The rest of camp just wasn't the same without you!
Hope you are having an awesome time, you have done so well.
Love Pottsie xx

Gosh a bag full of PB's!!! Wonder what is in store for tomorrow? Swim well, enjoy.
Mum, Kirsty & I are off to card classes in the morning, more to our fitness level than swimming.
Love from Nana
