Hey! Im meg Im in year 8,Im 12 years old, I go to St. Matthews Collegiate school in Masterton, and Im an American, a Californian actually, but yeah and Ive lived in New Zealand for only 7 months and as you know America is not a Commonwealth country so Ive never seen the Commonwealth games and now that Im older I can appreciate what everyone does in any kind of event, and to tell the truth I think that I couldnt even walk 1 foot after swimming 30 feet. I just wanted you guys (and girls) to know that I look up t you even if you never win a single medal in your whole life. And I leave you with this poem I wrote for you guys (and girls) just so you know you have friends.
Freinds
No matter the shape or size,
a friend will tell no lies.
They will help in times of need,
but never in times of greed.
If you were to say goodbye,
to whom and why?
This is a question we must all ask,
but will you be ready for the task?
Thanx,
Megan Mortimer-Lamb
