You are doing an awesome job. keep the ship heading in the right directionl
Proud of the results so far two to go. Miss you all Anthony and i are lonely in the office but know you are needed there and doing a great job. Hope the sun is shining today. We had an awesome camp with Brian wilkinson (head coach NSW) the youth 1 and seniors appreciated it. aslo Scott and Chris Hotchin had a good two hours over breakkie to pump him and it was very illuminating for them and enjoyable for me too. the program is going well Now can talk and see and write on hannahs video and send it back while talking Awesome technology Bet you all thought i couldn't do that!!!(me too) I have lots of help in the technology from NZAs especially Jason Healey. weather not great here. but good for walking. the swimmers miss the dryland team!!! guess thats just not me anymore. Helen swimming very well and has a suntan. I don't! Hope you all come back brown and healthy with lots of energy. See you all thurs p.m. have a good sleep in thurs a.m. i am ok and have arranged the youth 1 to come here so tell the swimmers to sleep in too. Hope you all have a nice breakfast thurs a.m. with your home bases and see you all when you wake up. ie lunch time!!!!!
Love Jan
