SNZ announces a nation-wide programme for age group swimmers and their coaches.

The purpose of the RADs2 is to spread common methods and systems across all clubs, gain base-level data on swimmers, upskill coaches in the essential elements of age group development and qualify a significant number of coaches throughout the country on the certification pathway. SNZ attempt continual improvement of our programmes and a review of the 2006/07 programme has resulted in major developments of the original RADs concept.
