Regional Affilifation Forms and Information
As per discussion at Swimming New Zealand's Annual General Meeting on Sunday 20 September 2009, over the next couple of months SNZ will be working on reports for the regional affiliation periods. In the meantime, we have attached (scroll down to the end of the page) a manual form that you can complete for the first period 01 June to 30 September 2009, due for payment on 20 October 2009. We will update this section again before the second affiliation period becomes due (this should be under the new reporting system).
